Sports nutrition is an overlooked and commonly misunderstood aspect of training. Simply put: if you want to continue making gains during a training program, you have to fuel with the right food at the right time. Our nutrition plans are driven by evidence-based research to provide proper caloric content and macro-nutrient breakdown.  If you want to get the most out of your training sessions, opt for additional nutrition advice.

Nutrition plans include:

  • Calorie and macronutrient breakdown,

  • Example breakfast, lunch, dinner

  • Recovery meals to eat throughout the day

  • Pre-/post-exercise fueling guidelines.

Skype Cooking Classes

Nutrition can be easy on paper, but difficult in real life. If you're not comfortable in the kitchen, let our team of talented coaches give you one-on-one cooking classes in-person or via Skype. These can be set up on a one-on-one basis or with a group of friends. Let our chef walk you through, step-by-step, how to make easy, healthy and cheap meals that will continue to fuel your performance.

Classes typically last for 1-2 hours and are scheduled at your convenience. Leftovers guaranteed.
